3. RS Serviços Consultoria de Gestão Ltda (RS)  is a SZW business partner to promote these sales in USA, Central and North America, and other countries.
   
   
4. SZW  and RS are not responsible for details of any package description. It is recommended that potential buyers personally inspect and examine the equipment on-site prior to concluding the sale.
   
   
5. The equipments, components and parts will be sold “as is “,  physical, mechanical and operational condition they are currently  at the mine site , which is located in Brazil, Estado de Minas Gerais, 680 km (430 miles)  away  from Santos  Port, at the Mining Complex of Fosfertil at Tapira: Rodovia MG 341, km 25 - Fazenda Boa Vista - Tapira (MG) - CEP 38185-000, Tel.: (55 34) 3669-5000.
   
   
6. Potential buyers agree to these terms as a condition of their offer.
   
   
7. All prices contained in this terms are ex-works. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all costs associated with the removal, disassembly and transport of equipment, including all taxes.
   
   
8. The owner of the equipment reserves the right to refuse any offer or cancel the sale at any time prior to the sale.
   
   
9. Visits to the mine site will be authorized for persons qualified as potential buyers or their representatives to examine the equipment and finalize contractual agreements.
   
   
10. The equipment will be sold from its current location and removal will be allowed only after bank payment confirmation.
    
    
11. Removal of  all equipments and parts should be completed 60 days after selling,  unless special arrangements ate made with the seller.
    
    
12. After the initial 60 day period, the seller will be permitted to charge a storage fee of 1% per day during the next 30-day period. After this period, the fee will increase to 2% per day.
